At Gelatov, we take pride in delivering high-quality, freshly made ice cream directly to your door. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once your order has been delivered.
Please note the following:
- No Returns or Exchanges: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our ice cream products.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund where applicable.
- Freshness Guaranteed: We ensure that every order is carefully packed and delivered to preserve the freshness and quality of your ice cream.
