At Gelatov, we are committed to delivering your ice cream with the highest level of care and attention to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy below for all the details.

Delivery Area:

We offer local delivery only within the RBS and Sheinfeld areas of Israel.

Delivery Schedule:

• Deliveries are made every Friday. If a public holiday falls on a Friday, deliveries will be rescheduled for the next available day.
• Click & Collect is also available on Fridays from our business location:
  9 Moshe Rabeinu Street, 9914188 Bet Shemesh, Israel

Minimum Order for Delivery:

Local delivery is only available for orders of 3L or more. If your order is below this quantity, you can choose our Click & Collect option.

Delivery Time:

We operate exclusively on Fridays, so any orders placed between Friday and Thursday will be processed and available for delivery or collection on the following Friday.

Packaging:

Our ice cream is carefully packaged to maintain its quality and freshness during transit. We use insulated packaging to ensure your order arrives in optimal condition.

Delivery Fees:

Delivery within the RBS and Sheinfeld areas is included at no additional cost.

Important Notes:

• Once the order is delivered, it is considered final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the perishable nature of our products.
• If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours for assistance.
